The Reese

The Reese, a part of Harlingen, TX, history, has undergone extensive renovations and is preparing for its grand debut. Launched in 1925 as a 65 room hotel and most recenlty used by the Harlingen Housing Authority to provide subsidized housing to the elderly, The Reese is located at 202 S. First St. in downtown Harlingen. As the project rolls out over the next few months, The Reese will be a unique multi-use residential and commerical real estate development.

The property, which has 73,000 square feet, is a 5 story building. The first floor is planned to be restaurant and retail space and is home to Harlingen's only family-owned restautant, Colletti's.
