The Renaissance At the Power Building

The Renaissance offers a variety of one, two, and three bedroom floor styles. Each apartment has been carefully designed to complement your lifestyle. Our apartments feature oversized windows with extraordinary views of the city, walk-in closets, spacious kitchens, and a washer and dryer is included in each apartment. We even offer dry cleaning services!

The Renaissance, originally the Union Trust Building, was built in 1901 by the notable architect Daniel Burnham (designer of NYC’s Flat Iron Building). The roof of our building is equipped with solar panels! We are also currently undergoing a renovation which will include updated appliances and top of the line finishes, such as, quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Our rooftop terrace boasts some of the greatest views in Cincinnati! Relax after work or enjoy with friends on the weekend, the terrace is perfect for any occasion.
