The Reserve Carrollton

The Reserve Carrollton is a fully loaded college living experience! We offer 3 bedroom / 3 bath apartments as well as 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartments. They come fully furnished with a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer in each apartment! Each bedroom is lockable, has it's own private bathroom and a large walk-in closet!

The Reserve Carrollton provides our residents with high speed internet and a fully loaded premium cable package including 7 HBO channels. We also include all utilities!

Living at The Reserve Carrollton allows you access to the clubhouse, also known as The Spot! There are many forms of entertainment at The Spot. We provide our residents with a coffee bistro, a computer center with printing abilities, 24 hour fitness center, two stand-up tanning booths, and a tavern style game room.

In the game room you and friends can battle it out over a game of ping pong or relax during a game of pool. There is also a foosball table and multiple televisions and couches for your enjoyment!

Thats not all!! Outside The Reserve offers it's residents grills, fire pits, volleyball and basketball courts, a huge swimming pool, and tables and lounge chairs for soaking up the rays.
