I train and practice from our hearts. Each client is special to me, each session and every class I teach, I work from the core of my being.
I believe and have witnessed first hand how yoga can help facilitate wonderful transformations in us. It is healing, it is exercise, it is movement, it is breath, it is heat, it is calm, it is strength, it is love, it is unity and so much more.
I don't think there is a secret to health or weight loss. I think it's a matter of treating your body, mind and spirit with the things it needs to heal, grow, strengthen, change, renew, and thrive!
