Fortune International Group and Chateau Group, renowned leaders in South Florida luxury real estate, have formed a 50/50 partnership to develop and market The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach.

The planned 52-story tower will span 2.2 acres and 250 feet of oceanfront, making it the only Ritz-Carlton Residences directly on the beach in Miami.The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. will manage all services, bringing the legendary quality and personal touch synonymous with The Ritz-Carlton® brand to residents.

Every element of the project’s design and the amenities will be driven by the needs of the discerning buyer looking for an exceptional experience and lifestyle: comfort, privacy and impeccable service -- catered to both individuals and families.

Among the extraordinary architectural features planned, The Residences, Sunny Isles Beach will have an uninterrupted flow from the sidewalk to the sand -- a unique and creative design element first introduced to South Florida at Jade Signature, a Fortune International Group project currently under construction.

Interiors will be envisioned by renowned designer, Michele Bonan, who designed Casa Tua and Cipriani in Miami in addition to many resort properties and private residences around the world.
