Our vision is to enrich our community through the practice of yoga. We strive to provide our community with n beautiful, calming environment, fun and engaged instructors, and an authentic concern for every detail of your experience at The River.
The majority of our classes are taught in the style of power vinyasa yoga. Each class is a balance between physical challenge and mindfulness. Expect the room to be heated (approximately 94 degrees), and to link breath to movement. Within these guidelines our teachers are encouraged to be authentic and creative.
