Here is a little background on the owner, Brad. He is a graduate in Culinary Arts from Delgado in New Orleans. He is also a graduate of Pastry Arts from L'Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He did an internship at the Ritz Carlton at Tysons Corner, Virginia, where he later worked full time as an Assistant Pastry Chef for 2 years. He later moved back to Lafayette, and started working at Poupart's Bakery for the last 7 years. He opened The Rolling Pin, LLC in January 2016.
