The RLCF was formed in loving memory of our dear friend, Ronda Lee Culley, born January 8, 1986 in Kansas City, Missouri, and who was tragically killed in a car accident on her way home from a church camp on August 24, 2004. Ronda loved spending time with her mother, Marilyn, her two brothers, Aaron and Vaughn, and her five nephews and three nieces. She also loved the Lord, her church, her country, and spending time with her church youth group. Ronda also enjoyed music (especially the Backstreet Boys...Brian Littrell was her fave!), swimming in the ocean, going to the movies, going to theme parks, and working on cars. By the time she graduated from high school she was a certified diesel mechanic. Just days before her graduation, Ronda even took her oath to serve in the United States Navy, but sadly died before she could even attend Boot Camp. Because Ronda loved to spend her time serving the needs of women, children, and families with all her heart, we have formed this Foundation in her honor to continue her legacy. We are very honored and privileged to partner with and/or support the following charitable organizations:
