You could say our story begins in Chapel Hill, NC. At least, that’s where we started learning our highly guarded family recipes and the secrets of our traditional, simple scratch cooking: patience, technique, and a soft touch. It was a few years later that we became Chicago’s first fried chicken truck, and now, our expanded brick-and-mortar location is bringing the best damn chicken and homemade sides in the city (and a full bar with unique drinks) to more people than ever.
