It all begins with a Smile. We don´t have a hostess, as one enters through the door you will be received by the “Experience Leader.” It is her job and pleasure to guide all of our customers through the entire spa-like experience, from the time they arrive, until they leave.

The Consultation
Perhaps this is the most important part of the Experience. At this point our clients are given the opportunity of communicating all the details of what they want, which will be met with positive reinforcement, created by our very friendly atmosphere. The Styler pays close attention to every detail and allows the client to explain all of their desires before speaking; he/she will then create a plan that will meet these needs, since beauty is a process of two equally balanced components: the customer’s needs and the Styler’s know-how. Within this plan, the Styler takes into consideration the feasibility of what the customer wants, if what the customer wants is not possible, our Stylers will give suggestions in order to fulfill and exceed our customers’ needs.

The iMac experience
At The Red Carpet, we strongly believe that technology is our best ally. This belief led us to the implementation of iMacs. We are able to take a picture of our customers, upload it into our servers and with use of a specially designed computer program, we can create a representation of what our clients want before making any cut, color, shampoo, or whatever our clients are looking for. In this way, we have a 99% satisfaction ratio of our work.

If the customer does not want to use the software, he can use the iMac for his business or recreational needs; whether it’s Facebook, Twitter, e-mail, pending office documents, printing an airplane ticket, Skype calls with family, playing games, watching YouTube videos, etc. The iMacs are meant for whatever purpose the customer wants to give them.
