The Roycroft

Built by Mr. E. B. Roy in 1906, the Roycroft Apartments offer old school and unique architecture, in one of Seattle's most lively neighborhoods.

The architect for the building was Ryan Henderson. Henderson was also responsible for the Neptune Theater, Waldorf Hotel, and Ballard's Public Library.

Located just one block from Broadway, residents have multiple restaurants, storefronts, and parks within easy walking distance.
