PROGRAMMING

Women's Ministries & Home League:
Every Thursday @ 6:00 pm. A four-fold program, with activities including wrapping gifts for children overseas (service), prayer meetings (worship), pic-nics (fellowship) and cake decorating (education).

Emergency Services

Food Pantry:
Available monthly or as needed on emergency basis. Appointments scheduled during site hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Diaper Bank:
Appointments scheduled during site hours. Diapers distributed Mondays. This program was designed to relieve some financial burden for low-income families to ensure a better quality of life.

Clothing and Furniture Vouchers
Provided on emergency basis by compassionate staff.

Holiday Assistance Program
Thanksgiving baskets and Christmas Toys. Efforts also include distribution of clothing and bedding for children from birth through age twelve. Call end of September for October sign-up details.

Summer Camp Opportunities

Vacation Bible School
August 14-18, 2017, from 9:00AM - 2:30PM. Christian-based program for children ages 5 through 12, including bible stories, activities, crafts, and singing. Lunch and snacks provided.

Camp CONNRI, Ashford, CT
Christian-based sleep-away camp accredited by the American Camp Association. Stamford Corps provides transportation for Stamford and Greenwich children ages 7 through 14.

Senior Camp, Ashford, CT
Christian-based sleep-away camp ages 60 and over. Call for schedule. Session Fees: $140.00 per person (half-price), $15.00 for transportation as needed.

Community Contributions

Donations
Monetary, as well as donations of clothing, non-perishable food items, new toys, and school supplies, are gratefully accepted at our location.

Volunteer Opportunities

Children's Programs

Children’s Music and Arts Programs
Christian-based music and arts for children ages 4 and up. A Praise Dance Team and Soloists, Drama Team, Drama Monologues, Timbrels, work with vocal soloists, and junior music and arts training.

Summer Lunch Program
(11:00AM - 2:00PM.) Lunches provided for Pre-K through High School children.

Back-to-School Back Pack Giveaway
Where backpacks and supplies distributed. Please call for pre-registration/details.

Community Care Ministries

Emergency Disaster Services (E.D.S.)

League of Mercy
Nursing home visitation for seniors via singing, games, bible lessons, and holiday gift distribution.

Home Visitation and Phone Assurance
Visitation to those shut in due to sickness, depression, or other hardships. Cooked meals, groceries, and simple household tasks provided.

Pastoral Counseling
Christian-based counseling offered on short-term basis. Referrals are provided for those in need.
