The Second Chance Store model, as named by the honorable Don Reimal, is a concept wherein the excess of e-commerce is converted into revenue to aid the non-profit sector of our community in fulfilling their mission of service to our vulnerable populations and adversely impacted families by the events of daily living. Albeit, the concept was inspired by the financial shortfalls commonly experienced in the non-profit sector, the engine that drives this train has as its conductor Coolio Xu, owner of Unidoor – an extensive e-commerce fulfillment enterprise. The non-profit sector is led by Mrs. Rochelle Parker, MBA and Executive Director of Child Abuse Prevention Association (CAPA). This business paradigm was championed by Preston Resource Management Corporation (PRMC) which provides the management function to this collaborative effort. PRMC is led in this endeavor by its president, Ms. Margo Gibson.
