The Shift Movement

The Shift Movement is a God given vision for a Young Adult Movement founded by Pastor RJ Matthews, the Pastor of Kingdom Vision International Church (Columbus, MS). Through the birth of The Shift Movement, The Shift Internship was established. The mission of "The Shift" is to EQUIP, ENGAGE, and EMPOWER the next generation of leaders to SHIFT THE CULTURE.
