">Arica Martinez started The Shop in 2013 in Loveland, CO. She is the lead designer and has her hand in all aspects of The Shop. We provide our customers with the following services:

Restoration- We LOVE to see old or outdated furniture and decor come back to life!!! We are very selective with what we sell and always choose quality over quantity. If you have a piece that needs updated, we absolutely take on those projects as well!

Consulting- Our slogan is "Love the Home You're In!" We want our clients to feel comfortable and proud of the space they call home. It can feel overwhelming trying to decorate your home and you may not know where to start. We have you covered!! For $75 you get a 1 hr. consultation to discuss any part of your home! And it doesn't have to end at the consultation, we are more than happy to give you a design board and do the shopping for you for an additional fee!

Staging- Are you selling a home? Arica works with numerous Real Estate brokers and homeowners to get your property market ready! We can style your entire home or just a few rooms in the property. In this competitive market, our homes sell faster and for more money!
