The Rental House:

Charming house. Beautifully landscaped. Two bedrooms and large open loft space. My place is right in town. No car needed. Close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, hiking, and a three minute walk to the bus stop or the local swimming hole. You’ll love the privacy and coziness and the accessibility to town. It's perfect for couples, families (with kids), and the fenced in yard is great for furry friends (pets).

The space:

The house offers the serenity of Woodstock; quiet and peaceful yet right in town. Easy access - just a three minute walk to town center and the bus stop or 0.2 mile walk to the Mill stream. The house is approximately 1500 square feet with Cathedral ceiling, nice light, large upstairs loft area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen with all new appliances, 1 full bathroom, fenced in yard, back and side patio.

Beds - Bedrooms each have one Queen bed. There is a Queen air mattress available in the upstairs loft if needed for extra sleeping space. Perfect for couples or families and we are pet friendly.

Guest access:

You have full access to the house, fenced in yard and private parking spots for two vehicles.

Interaction with guests:

I live just outside of town and I usually respond to text immediately. I have full time maintenance help if I am not readily available.
