The START Center offers some of the most sophisticated treatment options available in South Texas along with the world’s largest and most active Phase I clinical trials program. The START Center also offers the Inspiritas Spa and Wellness Center which has wellness experts to maximize your physical, mental, and spiritual health with services such as prosthetics, exercise, guided imagery and products developed specifically for cancer patients, their families and caregivers. Inspiritas Spa is available to any cancer patient. You do not have to be a patient of The START Center to use the Spa.
