The Stewed Cow, located in Hoboken, is a modern-day reincarnation of a fine Old West saloon. From our gastropub eats complimented by a meticulously built beverage program we're always focused on America's native spirit and new tradition.

We serve up eats made with the finest ingredients to create all of your comfort food favorites. Choose a burger made from our hand-selected beef blend, create your own salad from a list of fresh produce, or grab a quick snack from our saloon bites.

To wash it all down, choose from the best brands of old sour mash whiskeys in the state, as well as a wide selection of ice cold beer, or have one of our prideful barkeeps mix you up something a little more fancy.

The Stewed Cow is also home to Hoboken's only mechanical bull, so let the doors swing open to endless possibilities... except for gunslingin'. Our high-noon style showdowns are settled in the ring and judged eight seconds at a time.
