The Strong Center

The Strong Center believes in empowering young people to maximize their talents through athletics and education. Today's youth face many challenges in life, and The Strong Center strives to illuminate a pathway to success for those young people. Through years of demonstrated leadership and a commitment to the community, we at The Strong Center aim to be a catalyst for change and a positive force in the lives of our youth, guiding our young people on and off the court to improve their athletic ability, to demand academic excellence, and, ultimately, to become better citizens of the communities in which they live.

The Strong Center provides athletic training for youth age 6 years and up. The athletic training is tailored for all skill levels from beginner to advanced, for those preparing for sports beyond high school. Our trainers are professional athletes who share the belief that hard work, discipline, and a positive attitude are essential in helping people accomplish their goals.

The Strong Center also strives to be a partner in the local community by providing tutoring assistance, college and FAFSA application assistance, drop-out prevention, parent intervention strategies for behavioral issues, resume writing and interviewing skills. The Strong Center is a full service organization grounded in service to the community and focused on training our young people to be successful and productive citizens, imparting the values of hard work, self-discipline, and being of service to others.
