As you enter the main level, you will find a large living room and open-concept kitchen that’s perfect for entertaining. The living area features a comfortable sitting area, and direct access to a large deck with new outdoor furniture that overlooks the pool.

Across from the living room, you’ll find a relaxing lounge area with cozy seating, a wet bar, and a wine/drink refrigerator. The Master bedroom features a king sized bed, an ensuite bathroom and private access to a balcony with a partial ocean view! A second bedroom is just down the hall and has a queen size bed for your comfort and a full bath is right outside the room.

Going downstairs to the first floor you will find another large living that doubles as a game room complete with plenty of seating, a flat screen tv and a standup vintage arcade machine! There is a full bathroom and a large bedroom with a queen over queen bunk, a triple twin bunk and a pull out twin trundle. There is also an outrageously fun and fully finished “Harry Potter, Under the Stairs Room” with toys, games, a bean bag chair and TV/DVD player for the kids.

Last, but certainly not least, is the PRIVATE pool with a stunning waterfall feature. You will find a new charcoal grill, picnic tables and plenty of comfortable Adirondack chairs for lounging.
