The Traveling Palette

The Traveling Palette is a Community Based Art Studio interested in celebrating diversity and bringing such groups together through artistic collaboration.
Classes provided will teach the fundamentals of drawing and painting, 3D craft making, textile arts (sewing, knitting, embroidery, etc.) and a variety or "Artists Workshops".
Offering the fundamentals of drawing & painting, knitting Mon. 4-5 & 5:30 - 6:30 pm, Teen Nite Wed. 5 - 7 pm with Magna/Anime, AbstracLife, Art Splendors in Spanish Thurs. 5-6 pm featuring sewing, storytelling, art in Spanish. Workshops Sat. afternoons. Parents Night Out every 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month 4-7 pm, Grandparents Day every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month 10-Noon! "Meet Me In The Middle" a support group for family and friends of individuals with mental and cognitive disabilities every 2nd Sunday of the month 1-3 pm and "Mindful Creators" for individuals with Mental Health concerns every 3rd Sunday! Both Free. Something for everyone!

Drawing or painting of the "Artist of the Month From Around the World" will be featured and displayed on the Traveling Palette "special guest" chair in entrance way. Watch for future "artists" contests and art shows, too! (tba via fb and website)

Private painting parties are available at very reasonable rates. Let's plan ahead and The Traveling Palette will travel to your home or business or in the Studio for a two hour painting party!
Not a "paint by number" class, but rather a lesson in art and technique with helpful tips and tricks to inspire your inner artist!
