-Soup of the Day
-French Onion Soup en Crock....sherry and garlic-onion broth with homemade croutons baked under melted gruyere. Served with a quarter loaf of hearty bread on the side.
-Black Bean & Cheddar Soup....black beans topped with melted cheddar cheese and a buttered quarter-loaf on the side. (vegan preparation available)
-Garden Salad....Mixed greens, tomato, cucumber and dressing with homemade croutons.
-Caesar Salad....Fresh romaine lettuce and tomato topped with parmesan cheese and croutons.
-Cobb Salad....Romaine, boiled egg, tomato, bacon crumbles, bleu cheese, avocado, and grilled chicken. Satisfyingly elegant.
-Hood and Boot....Field greens, tomato, onion, shredded ham, cheddar cheese, avocado, boiled egg, bacon crumbles, & topped with chicken.
....and all salad dressings are made in house, they include: Raspberry Vinaigrette, Buttermilk Basil Bleu, Creole Ranch, Honey Dijon & Balsamic Herb Vinaigrette.

BETWEEN THE BREADS

-Chicken Salad en Croissant.... we put as much of our premium chicken salad that will fit in a large croissant, then add some more. Romaine and tomato on top.
-Brie & Bacon Croissant....fresh croissant filled with imported brie, bacon crumbles & mango chutney.
-Curried Cuban....hot pressed on freshly baked bread, pulled pork, black forest ham, bacon, Swiss cheese, pickles, and curried dijon mustard.
Lamb Burger....Mild, tender lamb pattied and grilled. Served on a Kaiser roll with sauteed portabello mushrooms, smoked gouda, romaine, tomato, and onion.
-The Oscar....steamed turkey breast, melted Swiss cheese, bacon crumbles and a dill cream dipping sauce.
-FGTP BLT Po' Boy....Just like it sounds. Fried green tomatoes, pimento cheese, applewood bacon, lettuce & tomato..
-Flatwich...we take big chewy bakery bread slices, layer in your choice of fillings and press it flat on the grill. The result:a thin and crispy masterpiece. Choose any two fillings: Ham,Turkey,Applewood Bacon, Tomato, Black Olive Tapenade, Garlic Pimento Cheddar, Cheddar, Swiss, Gruyere.
-Cod Po' Boy....beer-battered cod with lettuce, tomato, & tartar sauce.
-Shrimp Po Boy....fried shrimp with remoulade sauce.
-Ironworks Burgers....this is the burger we couldn't find anywhere else. 3" hand-pattied beef squares, with grilled onions on buttered and grilled buns.
Falafel Burger....Fresh made falafel pattied into a burger on a Kaiser roll. Topped with gouda, spring mix, and tomato. Garnished with our Raita and cucumber. (Vegan preparation available)
Slider Sampler....Three of our most popular sandwiches scaled down to slider size! One beef, one fried green tomato, and one falafel mini burger.

FEASTS

-Butter Chicken....A thousand years of history combines tender chicken, butter, tomato, and countless spices in a creamy masterpiece over basmati rice.
-The Starving Artist....Artist, teacher or philosopher, sometimes you just want a satisfying hearty meal for a song. Black beans & white rice with green salsa. Prepared vegan and served with a quarter loaf of buttered bread.
-F & C's.... What's a Publick House without great fish & chips, mate? Two planked cod fillets fried crisp with raw fries mounded to the top of the basket. Malt vinegar, tartar sauce, fresh lemon and slaw.
-Chicken Potted and Pied....our creamy thyme sauce smothers white meat chicken, peas, carrots, potatoes and onions, under a golden cobbler crust. Garden salad to the side.
-Murphy's Steak Pie....Slow roasted beef, onions, peas, carrots, and potatoes in a crock topped with cobbler dough.
-Bangers and Mash....Two English sausages and homemade mashed potatoes covered in cream Dijon mustard gravy. Peas and carrots to the side with a salad to start.
-12oz Grilled Ribeye....Hand cut and seasoned in our house blend on herbs and spices. Served with today's fresh vegetable and your choice of mashed potatoes or raw fries.
