Located in Midtown Memphis's beautiful historic Central Gardens neighborhood, THE VENUE has an interesting and unique history all its own. It was once home to the original Auto Zone, a piano bar, and a Chinese restaurant, all in addition to being the hippest digs in town.

THE VENUE has recently undergone a multimillion dollar renovation to both restore its original ultra modern Googie style as well as bring it forth into the current millennium. THE VENUE takes great pride in its mixture of modern appliances and conveniences side by side with the original character and architecture that make THE VENUE so distinct.

THE VENUE's Retro Style apartments focus on the buildings original style, displaying metal accents and new retro style appliances. Its Metro Style apartments focus on a simpler way of life, with new appliances, but without the metal accents or the retro feel. All of THE VENUE's renovated apartments have stained concrete floors which are low maintenance and resemble designer downtown lofts in style.
