The Vertical Barre brings you seriously fun, body-mind, fitness at 215 Garfield Street across from Parc International. All group and private classes are available weekly, so whether you're a morning, afternoon, evening, or even weekend person, we have a class that fits your schedule.

TVB wants to change your perspective about fitness, your abilities, and even your outlook on life. This space was ultimately created as a reminder that you are full of possibilities, so every class and event is made to give you the room to explore them.

We offer 3 categories of training: strength training, dance training, and flexibility training with each category providing different classes and skill sets.

The Vertical Barre has no mirrors and encourages no-judgment. We feel that having no mirrors is our first step to truly inverting your viewpoint on your ability, and changing your perspective.
