The Villa Palmer Lake

The Villa Palmer Lake is set in the heart of historic Palmer Lake, Colorado, and is rich with history and old-warm charm.

We offer handcrafted cuisine, made daily from the freshest ingredients. Our menu is always evolving in order to make our menu more relevant for today. As we continue to move forward and come into our own, we will bring together stylish food with other culinary styles. Some of our newest offerings include bacon-wrapped beef brosato, with Portobello red wine sauce, pesto shrimp linguini, sesame-crusted Alaskan cod, and blue crab chicken.

We also have a full bar with martini specials, happy hour is every evening from 5pm to 6pm. Join our Martini Club and ask how you can get a free martini. Tuesdays we have “Wine Lover’s Night”, where most of our bottles of wine will be half price. Thursday brings perhaps the most exciting offering of all, “Music & Martinis”! Each week we will have music on the patio, and offer a fresh new martini menu. Try our new Elderflower martini, the Ginger Lime martini, or even the Flaming Habanero Passion fruit martini.
