In 2013, Dr Jason Pape finally realized his dream of a fully integrative holistic wellness center. Complementing his chiropractic practice with massage therapy, acupuncture, nutrition, hypnosis, psychotherapy and speech therapy, The Vitality Center also hosts various yoga classes, a monthly Reiki healing circle, ballet burn classes, Tai Chi/Qi Gong classes, and one-on-one personal training using cutting edge techniques to both improve one's core strength and correct postural faults. The Center also hosts frequent seminars and workshops from both in-house practitioners and other like-minded professionals to continue to educate, engage and enlighten the surrounding community.
