Pet Policy
Maximum of 2 dogs per home. We are a cat free community. We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $150/$250 pet deposit and $150/$250 pet fee. Pet rent is $25 per pet. There is a max combined weight limit of 100 pounds and aggressive breeds are prohibited. Pit bull, Akita, Spitz, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Stafordshire Terrior, Rottweiler
