Eric and Jeff (The Wafel Guys) enjoy the entrepreneurial aspect of owning a food truck for many reasons. Chiefly, our passions center around giving the local population an Authentic taste of Belgium. Equally, we are passionate about creating and sustaining manufacturing & service jobs locally.

The Wafel Guys have secured a partnership with "Mort Subite," which affords us the opportunity to turn our passions into reality, by having our Food Truck be the kitchen to this wonderful bar. Our customers enjoy a unique paring of luxurious Belgian Wafels & Frites with over 80 Authentic Belgian Beers.

While the food truck serves as the main attraction for The Wafel business, The Wafel Guys remain true to our roots by continuing to serve at the local Sustainable Food Center (SFC) farmers markets and by offering catering services through Cater2me: www.cater2.me.
