Our waffles aren't just any waffles, folks-- they are HIGHLY EVOLVED WAFFLES! We handcraft our gourmet Liège waffles using a yeast-leavened dough and then add Belgian pearl sugar to mix, just as they do in Belgium. This pearl sugar melts on the inside and caramelizes on the outside for a sweet and delicious treat. Using these wonderful waffles as the base, we have created a fantastic assortment of savory and sweet concoctions such as the "The Spicy Professor" (Bacon, cheddar, and jalapeno waffle served with a side of local salsa), "The Big Capr-easy" (Basil, tomato, and mozzarella waffle drizzled with a balsamic reduction, olive oil, sea salt and fresh cracked pepper), and "The European" (Nutella, strawberries and/or bananas, whipped cream and chocolate sauce on a Liège waffle), and many more!
We are indeed the tastiest experiment in town!
