The Waldo Way Dairy Farm

The Waldo Way, LLC is a Grade A Raw Milk Dairy. Our cows are Registered Guernseys known for their docile disposition and A2A2 golden milk. They are beautiful to look at and provide the most nutritious milk available. We are an all-grass fed dairy which operates under organic principles. In addition to our golden milk we have butter-topped yogurt in several flavors, cream, butter, and an artisan cheese. The dairy is located on a seventy-acre farm three miles outside of Mineola, Texas off of highway 37 north on County Road 2482. Please do visit us soon and try our wonderful products!

For a fabulous weekend getaway come stay at our lovely Gatehouse Inn. The Inn is a charming fully furnished home that you may rent for a romantic and relaxing stay. Two adults is the maximum number of guests and the Inn is available Friday and Saturday nights.
