The Well

The Well at the East Bay Community Space is dedicated to offering the wisdom and healing of herbal medicine in a socially inclusive café setting. The Well features specialty herbal-infused hot and cold beverages and eclectic healthy and creative snacks and light meals, with affordable options always available. It is owned and run by a rad team of community and social justice minded herbalists, healers, facilitators and parents who believe deeply that “food is medicine”. The Well is designed in form and flavor to enhance, inspire, and nourish the bellies, brains, and spirits of the local community. It is a place to drink or eat something healthy, meet or make a friend, launch a movement, learn something about herbal medicine, dine pre/post a class or event, cry, laugh, or simply hang out.
