Aquatic and Wellness Center mission statement: To provide a full spectrum of services: aquatic therapies, fitness assessments, personalized workout programs, fitness classes, therapeutic massage and health screenings.

The Aquatic and Wellness Center provides land and water fitness classes including: power waves, water aerobics, sculpting and toning, warm-water wonders, pilates, yoga and more! Our instructors are knowledgeable, caring and fun-loving.
