The Wellness Center is a holistic approach that assist clients by looking at a whole person, food, family, career, fitness and lifestyle imbalance. Our Office includes Board Certified Health Coach, Strategic Life Coach, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist and Family Practitioner. We are centrally located in between Windsor and Santa Rosa in the beautiful Victorian buildings near the Airport Health Club. We offer private consultations and group classes.
