The Wellness Room

The Wellness Room provides a soothing environment for people of all ages who are looking for support throughout life's difficult transitions and hardships. Our therapists have a wide range of experiences and specialties and offer individual, couples, group, and family counseling. Using their valuable wisdom, empathetic natures, and skillful techniques, our therapists provide a nurturing space in which clients can work toward finding inner peace.

Some of the areas for which we provide therapy are: anxiety, depression, couples counseling, illness, loss and bereavement, widow and widower support, divorce support and recovery, postpartum adjustment including anxiety and depression, parenting, infertility, adoption, and LGBT issues.

The Wellness Room is located in Newton and has a satellite office in Lexington. Our hours are flexible due to the varying availability of our therapists.
