The Wellness Tree

Welcome to The Wellness Tree. We are a multidisciplinary team, consisting of Licensed Clinical Social Workers, a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Life Coach, who host mental health and wellness focused groups and seminars. We provide education, support and encouragement to assist in building awareness, healthy coping strategies, as well as self-exploration, mindfulness and empowerment.

Our groups and seminars are for adults 18 years of age and older looking to live to their fullest potential.

We will be offering various scheduled support groups as well as seminars on topics such as effective communication, successfully achieving goals, managing stressors, and inspiring wellness in daily life.
