The Willow Ballroom

Located in the Sacramento Delta, the Willow Ballroom is about 15 miles south of downtown Sacramento in the town of Hood, CA. The original purpose of the building, 100 years ago, was to store local agriculture in these cold storage spaces. Now repurposed into an event center, The Willow Ballroom is open and booking weddings, private events and much more! At approximately 11,000 square feet, the capacity is around 500 people, which makes it one of the largest venues in the Sacramento area. The exterior is urban with beautiful brick walls, and the interior has a vaulted, wood ceiling with exposed brick walls and cement pillars. The expansive interior exudes charm, texture, originality and character. The Willow Ballroom is easily divided into a cocktail, reception, and ceremony space so the options for design and creativity are endless! Included in our venue rental is a photo session at a local private vineyard with your event photographer. You’ll dine, mingle and dance the night away on one of the happiest day of your life.
