Wedding Rental Package

What is included in the base level package:
· Use of the barn and property grounds on the day of your event from 9am - 11pm
· Two hour rehearsal prior to your wedding day (Between 5pm- 10pm)
· Use of the changing room for the Bridal party on the day of wedding
· Use of the property for engagement and/or bridal portraits
· Use of fire pit (our staff will light and maintain if used)
· 2 parking attendants
· Overhead led lights in and around barn
· 2 Mason jay, wagon wheel chandeliers
· Access to barn for decorating purposes prior to wedding day may be arranged based on
availability.
. 2 Portable Bathrooms - Washing Stations

The Barn also includes a small kitchenette, equipped with a fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a sink. It has plenty of storage space, and counter top room.
Across from the barn is a small pond edged by willows. Along with the two docks, the area forms a beautiful backdrop for wedding photos.

Parking is expansive, as the premises has nearly 5 acres of flat, maintained lawn to park on.
