In 1987, young entrepreneurs, Susan Wiggins & Jo Parker purchased The Wishing Well in Shelby, Mississippi, Both were determined to start a retail business, so when the opportunity arose, they jumped on it.
In 1994, they moved to the fashionable & trendy Cotton Row in downtown Cleveland. The store quickly developed a devoted following!
In 2015, Sarah Aylward purchased The Wishing Well with the goal to maintain the same quality of clothing while adding her own personal style to the store.
