The Woodrow Apartments

NOW OPEN!!! The purpose and vision for The Woodrow Apartments is the creation of timeless and unique residential apartments in downtown Fargo. The historic Woodrow Wilson School will be redeveloped with an adjacent infill residential building to the east. With its close proximity to North Dakota State University and ease of access to the heart of downtown, The Woodrow Apartments will be a pioneering redevelopment for the Woodrow neighborhood in downtown Fargo.

The Woodrow Apartments will feature a shop and storage area for bicycles, a shared courtyard, library, a multipurpose half-court gymnasium, as well as underground parking.

The redevelopment and infill promotes one of the City of Fargo’s GO2030 goals for infill while also repurposing a previously vacant historic property into an active, thriving block.
