The Yoga College offers Beginner through Advanced yoga training. Connie's style of yoga training is based on alignment of the spinal column and the joints to create a balance of strength and flexibility in the body. Connie's training is a legacy carried down from B.K.S. Iyengar and other teachers through Rama Jyoti Vernon to Connie and on to Maridell Standish. Connie and her assistant teacher, Maridell Standish, give individual attention so that anyone can participate in a yoga class. Connie's students report that they are actually taller, as documented by their physician's, from Connie's yoga classes. Connie also teaches Belly Dancing for beginners and those who wish to perform. Belly Dancing is an ancient and beautiful art that anyone can practice. Women firm up abs, hips, thighs and lose pounds from belly dancing.
