At The Yoga Lounge, we welcome everyone to the practice of yoga. It is our goal to create a peaceful and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your practice and find community. Come into our tranquil studio, sip some tea with friends on our cozy couch and try out a class that meets you where you are. From gentle and restorative to vigorous vinyasa, we are sure you will discover your yoga home at The Yoga Lounge. We have bolsters, blocks, straps, mats, blankets and everything you will need to make your class comfortable and enjoyable. Whatever your reason for coming, we welcome you and are so happy to be a part of your yoga practice.
