The Yoga Nook at Lake Breeze Wellness

Kasia Pelepko is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Her classes at The Yoga Nook primarily follow a vinyasa flow style, allowing students to learn how to connect breath and movement. She encourages students of all levels to join her for yoga practice in a cozy and inviting atmosphere where each person present will receive individual attention in a small group setting.
