A sanctuary for beginners and experienced yogis alike, The Yoga Room community offers a bright, friendly space to explore the potential of the body, and to find balance and peace in our busy city.
We are the largest studios in Queens with some 200 classes a week spanning hot yoga, mat Pilates, Iyengar-based alignment classes, vinyasa flow, prenatal and Mommy & Me yoga, ballet-infused TYR Barre Fit, Aerial yoga, and much more. Each of our instructors brings their own unique style to the teaching lineages of yoga and Pilates. Through a blend of tradition and creativity, students can immerse themselves in a deep pool of knowledge and build a practice that suits their needs.
