Our studio is dedicated to providing the highest quality yoga instruction through an exceptional variety of classes, workshops, teacher training and meditation sessions. We teach to all ages, body types and abilities. Most of our classes are influenced by the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. Our philosophy and objective is to create a supportive community joined together by the experience of yoga. We emphasize careful attention to proper alignment in all poses to improve your body awareness, freedom of breath, and peace of mind.
We also offer classes that are therapeutic in nature for stress management, anxiety, panic attacks, grief, chronic pain, multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue/Fibromyalgia and Cancer.
Our exclusively certified yoga instructors possess a combined 120 years experience. Their dedication to teaching and staying current through on-going yoga studies and specialized workshops creates the best foundation for supporting our students and cultivating a healthy, engaging and safe yoga practice.
