About Your Therapist

Hi, my name is Ashley and I am the owner of Therapy and Wellness Massage. I am a 2012 graduate from Stautzenberger College where I earned my Massage Therapy certification. I came into this field to help others experience what it is like to take control of their bodies and find a new alternative way to help manage pain and feel content in their own bodies. When I was going through training, I had a set goal on what I wanted to achieve as an LMT. I developed a clientele base during my time as a student by going mobile and massaging my clients at their homes for no charge until after I became licensed. When I got my license I then experienced what it was like to work in a spa and got into working for a chiropractor after. From there I gained knowledge and experience from working with clients whom had injuries. I then went to opening my own studio shortly after leaving the chiropractor and have been in business on my own for the last 3 years and never have I felt so confident in what I done in the past than being an LMT. I believe that massage therapy plays an important role in the health and wellness industry. The best thing about my career choice is seeing my client coming in and leaving my studio with a smile on his or her face. I do what I can to help my client and share my knowledge with them on how to stretch properly and be well aware of their posture as well as show them what else they can do at home to relieve pain on their own. Every year I continue my education by learning new techniques and new approaches to help better serve YOU.
