Therapy Center of Acadiana is a treatment and learning center for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, developmental delays, or special needs. TCA provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help these individuals progress towards the skill and development level of their peers. All therapy sessions are supervised by our staff Board Certified Behavior Analyst (B.C.B.A.). We are very dedicated and passionate about what we do. While we cannot promise our therapies will "cure" a developmental delay,we are confident we can improve certain behaviors and pave a pathway to a brighter future for our clients and their loved ones.

1) Consultation and Client Intake

3) Assessment: TCA provides two forms of assessments. The first assessment is
titled “Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills (ABLLS). This assessment is used as a curriculum guide and skill tracking system. The second assessment is titled ‘VB-MAPP’. This assessment is allows us to compare specific skills of your child to skills of their peers to monitor their progress through developmental milestones.
4) ABA and/or Verbal Behavior Therapy: One-on-one and group sessions of behavior training utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Methods of payment:
TCA accepts most major medical insurance companies for insurance filing. We also accept private pay, as well as other approved methods such as family support funding from OCDD, and also LaCHIP Affordable Insurance Plan. We are currently in the process of becoming a Medicaid provider.
