The focus is on whole body health for healing - connecting mind-body-spirit for a lifetime of wellness. We offer: rebound exercise training, near infra-red light therapy, ionic foot detox, resonant frequency therapy, PEMF (pulsed electro magnetic frequency), Red Lamp therapy with black seed oil packs, herbal supplements and Wellness Warrior focus groups as well as in-studio and online and personal consultations.
