Is the cost of my repairs worth the rate I'm being charged?

Taking questions like these and providing a service that gives our customers the confidence to answer "Yes" to these questions, was the premise behind forming Thomas Forklift Services LLC.

It only takes one time on the receiving end of an enormous bill for what seemed like a simple repair to cause one to hesitate calling again for future repairs. As a business model, we keep our overhead low so we're able to offer our customers our services without cleaning out their bank accounts.

As a team, we have more than 55 years in the maintenance field. Not because it's a job, but because we actually enjoy it!
