Corrigan Station will be completed in two phases:
Phase 1: Redevelopment of the 10-story Corrigan Building and construction of a new, adjacent parking structure to the East across Walnut Street.
Phase 2: Construction of a new 3-story mixed-used building at the Northwest corner of 19th & Main.
