Three Oaks Community Park

The Lee County Tennis Association (LCCTA) has established that the Barbara Manzo Tennis Center at Three Oaks Park is an "only" tennis play facility. There is comprehensive programming to encourage interactive tennis play while meeting new people and having fun. Please contact Pat Galunert for more information and court times 239-898-7770.

Those interested in pickleball play should look into using Brooks Park on South Road in Fort Myers (contact Paul Yacobelli 239-229-1610) or Waterway Park on Poetry Lane in North Fort Myers (contact Pat Putnam 239-229-1627). These are outdoor courts and painters tape only can be used to line the courts but MUST be removed when you are finished. We also suggest using the outdoor Pickleball courts at Wa-Ke Hatchee Park 16760 Bass Road South of Summerlin Rd. Fort Myers, FL 33908 ( contact Lisa Weaver 239-432-2154).

This facility is equipped with the WeatherBug Lightning Alert System. When the system detects lightning within 10 miles of the facility, the air horns sound an uninterrupted 15-second blast and the strobe light will activate. Park patrons who hear the horn and/or see the light need to seek shelter immediately. When the system no longer detects a threat, three 5-second blasts from the horn will sound and the strobe light will stop working. This is the signal that it is safe to return outdoors.

No system is fool-proof. Park visitors should always assess weather conditions before going outside and always be prepared to take the appropriate action needed to ensure one's safety.
